Propulo Consulting is seeking a dynamic and organized Junior Consulting Analyst & Operations Project Manager to support the growth of our business both. The role would support external consulting teams while also driving project management and operational disciplines within our firm.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

   1. Consulting & Project Management
  • Support consulting projects through research, analysis, interviews, focus groups, reports and recommendation development
  • Supporting our ongoing client project preparation, evaluation, scoping and resourcing
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
  • Supervising and coordinating our ongoing or future client project management processes
  • Support the development and review of consulting reports and presentations
  • Develop analytical dashboards on key client engagements as needed
  • Keeping our CEO and Partners informed about project status and issues that may impact client deliverables
  • Project execution and control activities, including quality assurance, issue resolution, monitoring and project performance reporting

    2. Operations Management

  • Supporting daily operational & administrative functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm
  • Develop, manage and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKR)
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve company processes
  • Manage overall firm project management and resource utilization
  • Invoice, Forecasting & Budget Tracking
  • Other projects as needed

    3. Communication with management & Clients

  • Support our CEO and Partners
  • Communicating and maintaining relationship with clients
  • Analyze and evaluate data or support report development, client presentations and proposals
  • Research and support the development of client project, white papers and blogs

    4. Service Development & Launch

  • Support the development and execution of new service introductions
  • Support the development and launch of international expansion strategies
  • Develop marketing collateral and copy to support the successful launch of new service introductions
  • Support Marketing and Business Development efforts

    5. Our Team

  • Contribute positively to the Propulo culture and brand by living the Propulo values
  • Support our CEO and Partners in consulting engagements as well as internal engagements, operations and project management functions
  • Contribute to Propulo’s team-based approach to business

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Comm. with 2-3 years of experience or MBA post-grad with Consulting and Project Management Orientation
  • Ideally prior similar work experience in project management (PM) or operations management preferred
  • Proficient in English – additional languages preferable

Working conditions and requirements

  • Each Propulo team member works out of their virtual home office located near a major airport hub in either the United States or Canada. Propulo Consulting is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all.
  • Travel requirements vary depending upon client engagements, with the average being between 30-80% of the time. This role is estimated to have lower travel requirements below 50%. Travel will only resume once safe. Until then, all work is conducted remotely.

ADDITIONALLY, candidates must be able to secure appropriate sponsored visas for Canada under NAFTA requirements (requiring US, Canadian or Mexican citizenship).
