Our client relationships are built on high touch, long term service relationships with medium and large organizations.

The client relationship manager role plays a critical role within Propulo in business development activities while cultivating best-in-class customer experiences for our clients to understand business needs and translate them into opportunities.

You will be tasked with landing important initial meetings with pre-selected prospects using your unique talent and experience along with tools and ongoing training provided to you to open new dialogues via phone and email.

To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of business operations and an ability to navigate large organizations with influence and not ‘pushy’ sales techniques given the need to establish long term client-centric relationships.

The Client Relationship Manager role:

• Drives the growth of the Propulo portfolio
• Manage the sales-to-cash business process

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
  • Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings.

Each Propulo team member works out of a virtual home office in either the United States or Canada. The Propulo Group is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all. Occasional travel as needed, no more than 10%.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 10+ years business development experience with a successful track-record of landing meetings with executive-level prospects (C-level, SVP, VP, Director)
• Exceptional at navigating large organizations to the find the right decision makers
• Excellent at consultative sales, especially when decision makers are hard to find and difficult to reach
• Strong ability to engage prospects and their assistants in dialogue, quickly build rapport, actively listen and maneuver conversations in real time to achieve the maximum number of meetings possible
• Are self-motivated, disciplined, methodical, detail oriented and enjoy a good challenge
• Are known for delivering results with a high level of initiative, effort and commitment
• Write short/compelling/personalized/non-salesy emails and demonstrate clear/concise/grammatically correct speech
• Knowledge of using research/insights to make emails/voicemails/live dialogue even more compelling
• Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information
• Always provide clients, prospects and team members (at all levels) with superior support, service and respect
• Solid understanding of operations management to help connect opportunities with solutions
• Excellent project management and a positive attitude. Urgency & responsiveness
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a virtual environment

 

Working conditions and requirements

All work is conducted remotely.
